Description |
In this photo a road is seen with telephone power poles and buildings on each side; a car (which is out of focus) is coming down the dirt road towards the camera. There are sidewalks on both sides of the road and they appear to be made of wood. In the right foreground is a railway crossing sign. On the right side of the photo about half way up is a building with a sign reading, HOTEL KING EDWARD. In the background is a snow-covered mountain range. Written on the back in pencil is ARGYLE ST and stamped in black ink (upside down) is JOSEPH CLEGG, ART DEPOT Photography-Picture framing PORT ALBERNI, B.C. Phone 19. |
